Subscriptions
Only the person who creates a family pays. Members do not need separate subscriptions. With assistant costs 39 NOK/month and allows 2 families with up to 6 people each. Plus costs 69 NOK/month and allows 4 families with up to 10 people each. Both unlock the assistant. Free allows 1 family with up to 5 people. Core family planning remains available on Free. Any included AI credit allowance is set by the operator.
Open More → Settings → Subscription in the native app. The App Store or Google Play supplies the actual localized price. Billing settings in the admin dashboard describe the offer; changing the operator's price alone does not change a store product's price. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled in the store.
Use Restore purchases while signed into the same Fellesly account and store account used for the original purchase. Fellesly checks the store before enabling the purchased tier. An unfinished purchase is checked again when you open this screen or resume the app with it open. If the API is unavailable, leave the transaction unfinished and restore after reconnecting.
Manage in the store opens Apple's or Google's subscription management. Deleting a Fellesly account does not cancel store billing; cancel in the store first. Refunded or expired purchases lose entitlement when checked. The API also checks retained subscriptions hourly and after restart. Until a successful check, it uses the last verified expiry, never a client expiry.
Purchases are unavailable on web and in Expo Go. Existing verified plans work on all your devices when signed into the same Fellesly account. Unconfigured stores show an unavailable message.
Changing the family creator
Apple and Google subscriptions remain owned by their original purchaser. They cannot be transferred by moving the creator role. A nominated new creator must have their own verified subscription or an operator tier grant before accepting a paying family. The old creator must cancel their own renewal in the store. Existing family data is retained.
Ownership recovery and credit packs
Only the creator can manually close, reopen or nominate a new creator. The assistant cannot perform these actions. The creator can enable administrator ownership requests in Family settings. A requesting administrator can nominate only themselves. They must wait 14 days and explicitly accept; the creator can decline/cancel until acceptance. Turning the setting off cancels an administrator request. Removed or suspended users and closed families cannot complete a pending transfer. The server checks subscription and capacity again at acceptance.
AI credit packs are hidden from family purchase screens. Operators manage packs and audited top-ups in the admin portal. An active, unexpired store subscription with AI enabled is required; a free account or operator grant alone does not qualify. Included credits reset by Oslo month; unused extra credits carry forward, but consumption still requires eligibility. There is no voluntary refund feature.

Kjøp er ikke tilgjengelig på web eller i Expo Go. Ved overføring av en betalt familie må den nye oppretteren ha eget abonnement eller få en nivåtilgang fra operatøren. Den gamle oppretteren må avbryte sitt abonnement i butikken.
Bare oppretteren kan stenge, gjenåpne eller foreslå ny eier manuelt. Assistenten kan ikke gjøre dette. Oppretteren kan tillate at administratorer ber om å overta selv. Forespørselen må vente 14 dager før administratoren kan godta. Oppretteren kan avvise helt frem til aksept, og kan slå av ordningen. Tilgang og abonnementsgrenser kontrolleres på nytt.
Kredittpakker er skjult for kjøp i familien. Operatøren styrer pakker og sporbare påfyll i administrasjonspanelet. Påfyll krever aktivt butikkabonnement med AI; en operatørtildelt tilgang alene er ikke nok. Ubrukte ekstrakreditter overføres til neste måned, men bruken krever fortsatt gyldig abonnement. Ingen frivillig refusjonsfunksjon er tilgjengelig.
