Getting started
Fellesly is a family planner for iOS, Android and the web. Everyone in the family shares one calendar, lists, routines, meals, files and messages, and each person sees what their role allows.
Create your family
- Open the app (or the web app) and create an account with email, Google or Apple.
- Confirm your email with the 6-digit code we send you.
- Name your family and pick your colour. You are the family's administrator.
Add people
Go to More → Members:
- With an email, the person gets an invite and becomes a user with their own sign-in.
- Without an email (small children, pets), they are still part of the family: events, routines and chores can be assigned to them.
Roles decide what each user may do:

Freshness
Home, Calendar, Lists and Messages refresh when opened and when the app returns to the foreground or the browser comes back online. Refreshes are attempted about every 30 seconds while a screen is active and online, but pause during editing and mutations. This is bounded polling, not realtime delivery or a guaranteed update deadline; slow or offline requests can delay changes. Offline screens can continue to show cached data.
Find your way
The app has five tabs: Home (today at a glance and the floating + for quick adds), Calendar, Lists, Assistant and More, where everything else lives: routines, meals, timetable, special days, map, documents, budget, the week plan and settings.
Appearance and language
More → Settings switches between Norwegian and English, and between system, light and dark appearance.
