Everyday planning

Routines and chores

Routines (morning, evening, homework) are checklists assigned to a person. Rotating chores take turns between family members week by week.

Kid mode gives a child a simple screen with today's chores; they tap to finish and collect stars for the week. Leaving kid mode needs a long press.

Meals and recipes

Plan dinners for the week and link them to recipes. The shopping list can pull the ingredients in.

The week plan

Under More you also find pickups (who collects whom, swaps, running late), the two-homes custody schedule, the school week, health cards, the shared fridge plan, money, trips and packing kits, and wish lists.

Daily briefing

At 07:00 each person gets a push with today's plan: events, pickups, the meal, routines and open to-dos. On Sundays at 18:00 a preview of the coming week arrives. Both can be switched off in Settings → Notifications.

Files, photos and places

Photos and albums, shared and private document folders, static saved places, contacts, messages, special days and a household budget. Live location, maps and arrival alerts are disabled for privacy. Saved places are an address book; ordinary week check-ins do not publish coordinates.

Share into Fellesly

From any app, share a screenshot, PDF, link or text to Fellesly. It lands in the assistant, which turns it into events, reminders or list items for you to confirm.

Fellesly: the family, in one place.
